My wife and I just ate at McMahon's this evening. My ""prime"" top sirloin was very good -- the best steak I've had in a long time. My wife's filet mignon was OK, but then again I don't especially like filet. I didn't especially like the garlic bourbon smashed potatoes -- tasted too much of sour cream for my taste -- and I really didn't like my wife's smashed sweet potato, but she liked it. The service was good, although I should note that the place was nearly empty (after 9pm on a snowy/rainy Saturday night). The waiter was very gracious when I informed him that the asparagas was overcooked, which it truly was; he struck it from the bill. Readers should know that McMahon's changed ownership recently, so older reviews may not reflect the restaurant now.
Pros: Good steaks, Good service
Cons: Expensive
