Dr. McKernan has worked with many amateur and professional athletes. Dr. McKernan has over 10 years in the health and fitness industry, holistic nutrition and functional medicine. Dr. McKernan has the recognition as the go-to weight loss expert who can unlock the door to lifelong weight management through sensible, no-fail approach to nutrition and fitness. Many of his patients come to him as a last resort. They have tried all diets, exercise programs, doctors and hospitals.
