Great dealership! We found our used car on the internet and Dustin made it so easy. Customer satisfaction was his top concern. We live about 70 miles from Gladewater and he even arranged to have the car delivered to us. We're very pleased with the condition of the car and he worked with us to meet our financial goal. Great dealership 11/14/2010

The staff at McKaig's is the best keep secret in the car business. I have purchased over 10 cars and trucks for business and personnel use over the last twenty years. In the past I have always dreaded buying a new car due to the pressure and gimmicks so common with most dealerships. It is so easy to do business with McKaig that I have bought my last three cars from my salesperson Phillip Anderson over the phone. Not many companies can claim that level of customer service. more

My wife and I recently ordered a 2011 Buick Enclave from McKaig after looking at what was in stock at several dealers and not finding exactly what we wanted. Philip Anderson was extremely helpful in the process and did not try to push us toward anything we did not ask for. He kept us informed on the progress of the order up to the day of delivery. We are tremendously pleased with the car and Philip has checked on us and helped us with accessories since. I would highly reccommend Philip and the staff at McKaig to anyone I know. more

Outstanding 11/6/2010

I have done business with McKaig since 1978. I have never done business with any other dealership that comes close to matching their quality. Mike Lambert is exceptional. His low pressure approach and followup is great. Big city dealers take the approach of passing you from salesman to sales manager to finance and you get lost in the mass of it. At McKaig, the process is simple and honest. more

McKaigs-Best Dealership Around 11/4/2010

I have been doing business with McKaigs for about 20 years...Mike, Kent, Jimmy and Doyle are the best people to work with...I have always been happy with the each and ever purchase I have made. We actually bought 4 cars in one year from them now that we have two sons driving. One of the best things they offer is their service after the sale. Many dealerships make the sale and and they are finished with you, not McKaigs, they want you to come back ..Doyle and his staff in the service dept is second to none...I appreciate his entire staff at McKaigs for their willingness to please. I would highly recommend McKaigs to anyone. more

Our McKaig Experience 11/4/2010

I have bought several cars and trucks from McKaig Chevrolet that have resulted in a very pleasant experience for me. Phillip Anderson was my sales person on all my purchases and was very eager to answer all my questions. We have developed a relationship so now when I am looking for a new vehicle I can just tell him what I need. All the employees at Mckaig have always been very friendly and helpful. Very Happy and Pleased 11/3/2010

I have been buying vehicles from McKaig Chevrolet Buick and Salesman Mike Lambert for 14yrs and I am glad to say that every purchase has been hassle-free and worry-free. In the 14 yrs of great service, I did, admittedly venture to another dealership once for a different make, and I must say that was the worst mistake I've ever made in car buying. Recently, I ordered and purchased a new 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe, that I'm very pleased with. I have and will to continue to recommend McKaig Chevrolet Buick and Mike Lambert to all my friends and family. more

I have purchased several vehicles from McKaig. I have always been treated with great respect from Philip and the rest of the crew. I have my vehicle serviced at McKaig also and Doyle always does a great job getting it in and serviced in a timely manner. I don't even shop around for the best price anymore. I know I am getting a good deal. I have and will continue to refer McKaig to my freinds and family. more

I have purchased two vehicles from mckaig chevrolet and thes two experiences have been the best ive ever had from a dealership. no high pressure ,no sales gimmicks, just easy to work with salespeople like philip anderson. philip made it easy to understand everything and was very knowledgeable about the products.he has kept in contact since the sale to make sure everything about my truck is still good.i would and have recommended mckaig chevrolet and philip anderson to all my friends. more
