This was my first time buying a car and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I recieved from the people at Mike McGrath's. Josh Froiland answered all questions I could come up with and I felt really worked hard to ensure that the experience of buying a new car was a good one, had everything ready to go both when I was test driving and then when I came back to purchase. Ironically, the Ford dealership in Mt Vernon, where I also looked, asked about McGraths customer service, saying they had heard complaints. McGraths however was far superior to the service I got at the Ford dealership in terms of being thurough, informative, professional, and friendly, and also in terms of working to balance cost, needs and wants.
My only complaint was with the financing department as an error was made on the financing--I left thinking my payments were going to be one thing and even with a cosigner, they ended up being higher than stated. This error also required several additional phone calls and a courier to bring new papers to sign for the redrawn finance papers. Even with this, I would purchase another car from McGraths in a heartbeat and strongly recommend it to others.
