I had them work on a hot water radiant heating system. ($88 an hour and they charge for drive time to your site.) The tech did a fine job but charged me for an entire day (8 hours) even though he worked only 7 hours. My girlfriend and I had a rep from their company come to the house the next day to give me an estimate on an entirely new heating system and I brought up to him the matter of the hour difference from the day before. He was very rude to us; said he would refund an hour's pay and then added in his next breath that we should find someone else to get a new system from. Neither of us even bothered to ask him why the attitude or what his problem was. Life is too short to deal with his kind. We'll get a real professional to install a new system.
