I see that in your fantastic, and surely honest review, you wrote, "... in evidently." You meant inevitably, right? Lol. Let's explain something to you. The food at that store is MADE TO ORDER. If you come through and, as you say, order 6 value meals at the same time, you should expect for the food to take at least a second to make. And there towards the end of your nifty little review, you seem to imply that a manager told you that Choctaw McDonald's is a franchise store. Apparently this has something to do with the ketchup? Here's a little hint, stupid. The value meals do not come with ketchup. You need to order it, and in your gluttonous family's case, you should order EXTRA ketchup. That way your stupid self won't have to ask for it at the window. And, by the way, THAT IS NOT A FRANCHISE STORE. IT'S A CORPORATE STORE, AND YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY A LIAR. more

It's hard to write a McDonald's review, but even harder when you don't have much good to say. Start with the food...generally my food is not good. I mean on the best day, they have served me cold fries. The service? I've had to wait each time and don't think you can second guess which will be faster, drive through or inside because you will be fooled. I've tried each and been disappointed each time. If I go inside the people outside get faster service..if I go thru the drive thru in evidently I end up having to pull up and wait or even worse park or pull up to the speaker and let them know they forgot my large fry. The worst and they aren't the only one guilty of it, I ask for ketchup for my family of 6 and their value meals (the only reason we are here in the first place because come on, where else can I afford to feed them all?)..and they give me 5 packages of ketchup..I explain, "mam, you must know that I just ordered 6 value meals and each one came with ketchup...I also must add that the ketchup is needed to make the fries edible..and that I have 3 boys and each fry can take nearly a pack of ketchup in itself..." (not really and I don't say that, but nearly?!?)...and I politely ask for additional packages to which she hands over an additional 4 or 5 packages....which at this point everyone has their maybe 2 packages a piece...at this point, I ask for the corporate number for my complaint to be filed hoping they will go get a manager who will at the least apologize, give me some freaking ketchup and throw in an apple pie for good measure. Nope..they explain how each franchise is owned independently and I drive off swearing that I won't ever go to a McDonald's again..........only to go back for the next wave of happy meal toys that my 5 year old screams for!!! more
