I wouldn't even give this Mcdonald's one star if I could!
Here is why this very poor customer service place got a one-star review.
We were in the drive-thru for a long time one later at night, maybe about 10 minutes, with only one car in front of us, and the front car apparently ordered only a small bag of food. When we finally got to the window, the African-American girl, whose name starts with J, didn't even say a courtesy hi or sorry for waiting so long or thanks for waiting. Since she did not say anything, I told her that we had to wait a long time and she just looked at us and turned around, so I asked why it took such a long time to get our food.
She answered with an attitude, ""well, it's night time, so we do not have that many people working here, so it is like this and we are working"".
I was kind of surprised by the way she answered, so I told her that she should have at least said a courtesy sorry just to make a customer happy and not make them leave the place feeling upset. She said if you are not happy, you can call this number and pointed to the comment line on the door. When I asked her what her name is and looked at her name tag, she covered her name with one hand.
If you are the owner or manager of this Mcdonald's reading this message, I do hope that you at least gave this worker another round of training on just basic human manners along with some customer service skills or let her go already since she is a such a disgrace to your store and to the corporation.
I would not go back to this Mcdonald's again. Trust me you definitely wouldn't want to be treated like the way that I was treated.
