The McDonald's on 4th St. N and 38th Ave. is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. The staff are totally at a loss as to what to do next. Last night I stopped in to get some food and one of their iced coffee's and they didn't have any of the "special cream" they put in it..they needed scissors to cut it open, couldn't find scissors, one of the staff came up to the front with a hacksaw!!! And..it was dirty, he tried to use that to cut it open..people were lining up to be waited on..they, the staff were running around like a bunch of idiots..do not waste your time. more

Dirty, nasty place 3/23/2007

This is one of the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. The play-place especially. I have a two year old and we'd gone there several times so that he could play. Not only is the restaurant itself in a dirty state at all times, but they play area is disgusting! And we've gone on several occasions so I know it's not just a "one time" thing. My sister once had to get into one of those tubes to retrieve my son and she said it smelled so strongly of rotting food and urine that she had to go home and shower immediately! If they can't even keep their restaurant in a semi-sanity condition - or their playplace, they probably aren't very... sanitary. I wouldn't trust to eat there after the things I've seen! more
