Death should make people more sensitive towards others, and especially when you pay someone, you expect them to take great care of your needs. These people are Rude, Do NOT care about a thing except the $$$$$. Do NOT use their services unless you want to be treated like dirt. If I could rate them less, I would. more

THANK YOU! My mother passed a month and half ago. After calling around to different funeral homes the only one that took the time to explain and walk me through the process was the people at McCormick's. The experience of losing your mother is hard enough. Thank you for taking the time with my son and myself, thank you for the beautiful job on my mom's service and her appearance, and thank you for following through making sure everything went smoothly. I appreciated the fact everything was explained and followed up to the tee. I could not do what these people have to do. (They are always the bad guys when you lose someone you love) But put in the situation again I would use them as well as tell others to do the same. \r more

SO FORGET THE PHOTO OR THEY SOMEHOW LOST IT........ MEXICAN LAST NAME MEANS SHE GETS PAINTED MEXICAN BROWN AND SHE DID............. TOLD BOB I HAVE A ROOM FULL OF WITNESSES....... MY FAMILY HAS SPENT PROBABLY $ 50,000 IN THE LAST 30 YEARS OR MORE..... TOLD BOB TO COME UP WITH A REASONABLE RATE OF COMPENSATION AND HE REFUSED.................... SO I CAME UP WITH $ 2500 ..... DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! PLEASE, there are caring and reputable mortuaries out there, even in Laguna Hills, but PASS on this one!!\r \r Just moments after my dad passed, they lied to me and said that if I didn't agree to have them remove his body immediately, he would have to go to the coroner's office.\r \r Telling a person this lie, just moments after the time of death, is VILE!!! When I found out how they had mislead me, I had another morturay handle everything.\r \r They refuse to admit any wrongdoing. I have filed a formal complaints with the California Cemetary and Funeral Bureau, as well as other agencies, but still, they have done nothing to make things right.\r \r These people PREY on the grieving!!! more
