We do not know who this alleged customer is or if this is a real problem. We have tried to figure it out ever since this review appeared, but we do not know who this person is. McCormack was hired to replace a shingle roof. Sorry to say but their crew and workmenship was HORRIBLE!!!! They were slow in preping the house for the termite tenters. They did't remove all termite damaged wood, starter boards were upside down so the ruff side was showing, didn't replace old rafter tails. They even came back to fix their mistakes...WE STILL HAVE TERMITE DAMAGED WOOD, THEY PUT DRYWALL MUD ON THE STARTER BOARD AND BROKE A TON OF STUCCO OFF THE HOUSE. Besides the fact that they were slow on the job, they left a hugh mess for us to clean up. The old debri and nails were all over in the garage, walkways and my neighbors yard. For the money we paid I can't believe how terrible of a job they did. I would never hire them again!!!! more

Over two weeks, I called this roofing company 4 times. They called back once and said they'd have their owner, ""Jim"" call me to arrange an estimate. Never heard back. I'm certainly not going to ""beg"" these UNprofessionals any further. There are many other professional & reputable companies out there. BE VERY CAREFUL with a company who starts off a business relationship in this fashion.... Cons: They don't even call you back more
