Jesse arrived on a Sunday morning when our furnace quit running to check it out. He worked on a solution and then returned a second time to make sure it was running again. He then coordinated a "new parts" process and arrived a third time to place the new and guaranteed component in place. Outstanding service and follow up! more

Great Service and Price 9/19/2012

McClungs put in a brand new American Standard A/C unit for us and it is working great. We enrolled in their 'Preferred Customer Program' and feel really good about the half-yearly maintenance inspections to help avoid replacing our unit again any time soon. more
