Better do your homework with these guys or they will take you to the cleaners. After being on contract for 10 years, we were told our heat exchanger was bad. The part was covered by warranty, but the installation was $898.00! After questioning the labor cost, they dropped it to $526...feeling ripped a little? Well the technician was here under two hours. You do the math on those labor rates!! Never again! more
