I'm a long-time McLaurin customer. Recently, I was late for work due to the Wake County 2-hour school delay and decided to park in one of McLaurin's closer pay lots instead of my assigned lot. In my rush I forgot to put $5 in the pay box, remembered at lunch time, and raced to the pay lot with my $5 in hand. The McLaurin truck and employee was still there, and my car was booted. My explanation didn't matter, and then I had to spend another 10 minutes on my cell phone holding for the person to take my credit card information so I could be charged $50 to unboot the car. This was an honest mistake from a long-time, on-time paying customer who already pays $36 a month to park in a gravel lot with trash and broken glass. I feel it was very unfair to to charge me $50 while I stood in the lot trying to pay.
Cons: No customer service. They don't care how long you've been their customer.
