Mc Laughlin's Rv & Marine

Went there to buy some boat equipment. They wouldn't look it up unless I had the ""VIN of the boat""(although boats have HINs not VINs). He took my information because and said he would call me back. 1 month later they didn't have any idea. No other customers were there and the guy was playing games on his computer. He directed me to the show room for some written materials. I went into the show room. There was two salesmen talking. I made eye contact with them a few times. Waited for 10 minutes and left. Nobody talked to me. Worst customer service ever! Stay away! more

My ATV was stolen from their Fargo ND store on June 28th, 2006. When we went to the store to find out what happened, the service manager was rude and when i asked to speak to the owner he would not tell him his name and asked us to leave the store. It has been a nightmare every since. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he said ""I don't have time to talk about this sh**"" and hung up on me. They would not even file a police report! They tried to get out of it by saying is signed a release, but they gave me a copy of the release and there is no signature on it. I have been fighting with their insurance company every since. Cincinnati Insurance Company will not pay any claims for their clients. The owner is rude, and un caring about his customers. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! I DO NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from either their Fargo ND store or their Detroit Lakes MN store. Here it is, November 13th and I still do not have my machine.Model: Update: we have sued the owner who has refused to sign the certified mail for the summons. He is also heiding from the police who have attempted to serve the summons. I will keep posting updates. Pros: There are none to this business Cons: Once they have your money, the do not care about the customer more
