I found the owner to be very rude and inflexible. I found this quite surprising since I was interested in purchasing a $700 vacuum. Stay away!!!!!!

Outstanding customer service 4/15/2011

I moved from another state a couple of years ago. I researched sever shops, but the one I found to be not only the most reasonable, but also the mostknowledgeable was McKinney Sew and Vac of Greensboro. Mike is easy to work with and is always willing to share his knowledge. I have 5 machines ranging from a 1949 to a computerized sewing/embroidery machine, I purchased two of them from McKinney Sew and Vac. I am more than confident that all of them can be maintained & serviced by them! I recommend McKinney's to everyone in my sewing & embroidery groups, and I know that they will be treated to the best customer service around! more

I would stay away 4/7/2011
