LOVE Dr. Jordan, this office and the people that work next door in the glasses part. Our son has had glasses since his 1st birthday. Dr. Jordan has been AWESOME since day 1---i have not ever had to pay a dine, other than a co-pay, so I don't understand above comments. Also, have been back numerous times for ""fittings"" for my son, as he is young and is growing and banging his glasses around. They are always very helpful and accommodating\r \r Perhaps there's cheaper places around? I didn't check . Very happy here. more

I really like Dr. Jordan, although I feel that he does not consider a person's insurance or bills when changing a child's eye glasses perscription every time you go in. I HATE the glasses store there. The women are very unfriendly and they never explain their fees or give you a receipt more

I took my daughter to Raleigh Ophthalmology to have her eyes checkEd. Dr. Jordan's tech. Did the initial refraction and dilated her eyes. We waited 30 more minutes to see the doctor and when he came in he said she really didn't need glasses, but if she wanted a RX - he would give it to us. He looked into her eyes, but never did any kind of a refraction exam? I really don't know why I didn't say anything to him - I think I was just in shock. He handed me her RX - which is hardly nothing. I said that isn't much. He rudely said (that is what I said). My younger daughter and I have been taking her to NC Eye,Nose & Throat. The only reason I decided to try a different doctor is because NC -E.N.T. Is always busy... Boy was I wrong! Don't take your children to this place. Big waste of my time and money! more

I never questioned their bills. The last one neither, then the insurance statement came and my copay should be $15, ok, I paid that, but I also paid $25, some extra for checking my contact lense fit that the insurance doesn't cover. It doesn't show on the statement from the insurance company as not covered. But what really got me going is a bill for $25 for missed appointment. I missed app. because we had couple inches of snow on Monday morning, the day of my app. I call them and they would settle for giving me a courtesy missed appointment at no charge, but would bill me next time I miss one no matter what. I was told to cancel my app 24 hours before. we did not expect that much snow and cancel on Sunday? What a joke. She was even completely fine when I said I will be leaving their office. I wonder if the doctors know who takes care of their office and how. I am so done. Pros: great play room for kids Cons: money hungry more

It seems really nice when you walk in.. very large waiting area for adults as well as children. Then the bill comes. In my case this company made a fake statement to try and get an extra $55 from me on top of the $30 copay I had already paid the day of the visit. I am now running around between this office and my insurance company trying to straighten this out...BEWARE... DO NOT PAY MORE THAN YOUR COPAY...SCAM!!! I am fighting this til the end and I will go to court if I have too... I have my statement from my insurance for what they paid this office.. yet the office says they did not cover one of the services...but it did!!! CRAZY!!! more
