Dr. McFarlane has a great, efficient staff, a gentle and very able hygienist, and a friendly manner coupled with a willingness to discuss the science and medicine behind what he does. I never feel rushed at Dr. McFarlane's office. Everyone takes plenty of time, asks and answers questions, and shows great professionalism. more

The staff are friendly and thorough. Dr McFarlane isn't the type of dentist who will order unnecessary tests or treatments. He's a trustworthy dentist for the whole family. more

Regular Check Up 6/23/2011

I arrived 20 minutes early for a regulary scheduled cleaning. Teri was assisting another client but cheerily greeted me, and Lisa immediately brought me back to begin x-rays. How many times does that happen in a doctor's office? Although I was in and out without delay, I didn't feel rushed and everyone was personable and professional throughout the visit. Doctor McFarlane provides patients with his full attention and stays with until your last question is answered. You never feel as just the next patient in line. What a great place! more

Wonderful Experience 6/21/2011

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my visit. I hadn't been for a cleaning in quite a while so I needed some deep cleaning done. I have never left the dentist where I can actually see a difference but this time there was a very obvious differencein the color of my teeth. They were so clean and white. I'll definitely be making my 6 month appointments from now on to keep up this new smile I have now. more

All of the staff were welcoming and efficient. Lisa cleaned my teeth BEAUTIFULLY and thoroughly and told me what I need to work on at home. Dr. McFarlane examined my mouth head and teeth thoroughly and carefully explained the procedure for gradually replacing my silver fillings. His was sensitive to my financial situation. more

Good service for the most part 6/16/2011

Dr. Mcfarlane is a great dentist, and i would highly reccomend him. The only issue i have, and this may not be related to him or his staff at all, but my teeth always hurt for about a week after i get them cleaned. more
