I have done business both personally and professionally with the fine Folks at McElveen's for years and I have no complaints. Plus, you have freedom of choice in all assisted living facilities. I should know, I have worked I the industry for 30 years! I would use McElveen's over any pharmacy in the area! more

I read the review below and I'm appalled that they could be talking about McElveen's Pharmacy. I and my family have used this pharmacy for years and have never been treated in any way other than courteous and respectful. I would reccommend them to anyone wanting a polite and caring pharmacy. more

Worst Customer Service 11/23/2010

I would never refer anyone that I cared about to this pharmacy. The assisted living facility that I have my mom at asked us to use them. We did for about 3 months and were not satisfied at all. They talk to you like you're not a human being. Disrepectful and condescending. I called the assisted living facility and the manager said the same thing I did, but that's the pharmacy that they have to use and have no control over it. Everyone that I have spoken with says that they are rude and obnoxious. Glad to be gone from there. more
