Mc Donald's

The staff is so rude and completely lazy. I've been there a total of 3 times, and each time the person taking my order at the drive-thru makes me feel like an invalid. We don't eat inside because the restaurant is disgusting, and we only eat there when we are truly desperate. It's worth the trek into Janesville if you are having a McDonald's craving. Don't go here. more

This is just not my favorite McDonald's I really avoid it at all costs but sometimes the kids will coax me to go. Anyhow my first problem was on new years eve, I went to order, all the lights were still on, the menu was still on etc. They told me just a minute, then come back on in a minute and say We're closed, a couple minutes after they said that and I was leaving with two kids upset cuz they were hungry, they turn off the menu and lights. They had also JUST served someone else in front of me and nobody was behind me so what would the harm have been to serve us? they were tech. open and it was prior to the 8pm closing time they had on new years. Also the playland here is not very clean, I love the signs up that say it is cleaned everyday, cleaned with what is what I want to know. I won't let my kids play in there, its beyond gross! more
