Mc Donald's

Worst for service and accuracy I think I've ever seen! After numerous 2nd chances, we're done with them. 3 out of 4 orders wrong, tea urns not clean (you can tell by the aftertaste of the tea), lobby always filthy, bathrooms disgusting, service the slowest I've seen in a long time. Especially in the mornings and midday. The inside weekday help is intolerable. Avoid this place, and maybe the corporate offices will do something about it. Even worse, when I tried to go to the corp. website to give feedback, the page was "down". Are they avoiding customer complaints because they get so many?? Way to go McD's, you're ruining your entire reputation. Thank goodness we don't eat lunch or supper anyway, breakfast was the only thing we could deal with in the past, now we're done with that. more

We actually stopped going here recently because it takes FOREVER in the drive through to get your order. Seems like there are alot of teenagers working there, even though it is through the school season. I wouldn't mind that if they'd pay more attention to their customers . I've actually pulled up there and had to get their attention away from the TV they keep playing in the drive-through window. more

This McDonalds is the WORST at getting orders right and its been this way since they opened. Orders take FOREVER regardless of whether you go through the drive thru or go in. Its not unusual to wait 15 minutes or longer on an order. One Sunday it took over 20 minutes for hamburgers. I debated whether to leave and go up the road to the one in South Knoxville (which is the best McDonalds out of all of them in Sevierville or Seymour). Many people who got in line after me did leave. A tourist asked me if there was another McDonalds between there and Knoxville and I told her where it was. Obviously it is a Management problem because they would have improved instead of gotten worse. I've talked to the head people numerous times over problems with this particular McDonalds and they either offer free coupons or an apology but the next time its the same thing. Maybe if they are reading this they will finally take it seriously and make some serious changes. more
