MCDONALDS SALADS 10/4/2006

Can I just say that I LOVE Mcdonalds salads. I go to McDonalds about 3 times per week at lunch and never once feel guilty because I am eating the best meal ever. I am on Weight Watchers and doing very well at it and have incorporated these salads into my weight loss. The salads are very weight loss friendly and the salad dressing that I use is extremely weight loss friendly. The item that I eat is: Grilled Chicken Caesar salad with Light Balsamic Vinegarette dressing by Newmans Own. Give Mcdonalds a try...for those of you that always compain about Mcd's....try the salad for a change. more

MCDONALDS 4/6/2006

I know this is a HUGE chain but the store on Hwy 119 / Cahaba Valley Rd in Pelham is always the best, especially in the morning. I always seem to get hot fries at this branch and what is better than HOT fries from Mcd???? The staff in the mornings is so very friendly and nice. It is great to share a morning smile with this group. more
