Their staff need more customer service training. We were going through the drive through and the guy at the first window told us to get the Halloween coupons we wanted to buy from the 2nd window. When we got to the 2nd window the guy there told us we had to pay for it at the 1st window and that we had to go back around and get back in line again to pay for it because there were so many cars waiting behind us. Ridiculous!
