My coworker and her family go here so I thought I would give it a try after expierencing extreme blurry vision in only one eye. I was cut off before being able to explain my reason for calling and was told they didnt have any appointments for yearly eye exams. After clearing up that it wasnt just an exam I got an appointment. I saw a very soft spoken intern who second guessed herself and had to bring in the other dr to take a look at my eyes. I was told to come back in one week for a follow up, which I did. However, I was told I didn't have an appointment when I showed up and the young lady mumbled "ggrreatt" as if I wasnt standing right there. After being "worked in" I was taken to get my eye pressure (the annoying blow of air). When seeing the dr he himself took me to the back again to do the pressure gage bc low and behold, the help never wrote down my numbers! I was once again told to return in one week,... to which I was told YET AGAIN that I came on the wrong day... 6 days early... yeah please. The front staff asked me to have a seat where I heard some of the most inappropriate conversations take place amongst the girls upfront. I don't anticipate going back to this place... I like my healthcare professionals COMPENTANT thank you.
