Horrible Service & Doctor's Don't Care About You 9/27/2011

I have been here before for drug tests and the wait time is HORRIBLE!!! You can expect to be here 3 hours at least. I also used their doctor's office for an injury after a car accident and the wait times here average stay is 2 1/2 hours. Doctors don't care about you or your injuries. They just downplay your pain and send you on your way. X-rays all they seem to do is look for broken bones and nothing else. If its not broken then move on. I would not recommend this place to anyone not for a drug test, NOTHING. Lodged complaints to the center administrator and no results still!!! HORRIBLE don't waste your time here. more

This company is allowing people to use synthetic urine to pass their narcotics test 3/2/2008

I know a couple of people here in casa grande that have gone in to have a narcotics test done and they have used synthetic urine to pass there narcotics test. What they are doing is wearing bigger pants then usual and hiding the bottle right behind their button and zipper area. Then when they go in to the bathroom they pouring the fake urine into the couple and hiding the bottle again their when they come out so it looks like they are passing the test. Now i believe they should have someone in their to watch or they should build a window to make sure they are now doing this or patting the person down before they enter the restroom. more
