Terrible service. The daughter who works reception in the office is a total brat and is very poor with customers. I went in to have them put my car up on the rack to check a suspicious fluid puddle on my chassis guard. I told the girli didn't need them to run any scans, just locate the source of the fluid. After 2 days I am called to pick up my car. I go in only to find a $75 bill for 1 hour of service that included ONLY an emissions scan. She told me it would be 400 to diagnose the problem! Poor customer service and communication. Do not trust them, there are better mechanics in the area. more

Decades of great service. 2/28/2012

I drive from Swissvale to West Mifflin to go to Leschak's, because their people are knowledgable, friendly, fair, and trustworthy. My father started taking the family car there before I was able to drive, and I've now taken two of my own to them. They actually suggest ways to help me save money when possible (using tires they have on hand that fit my car, cleaning a part and reusing instead of replacing when it's appropriate). They know me by name and explain service options clearly without making me feel stupid, and I'm always surprised by how quickly they get the work done. Highly recommended! more

Great Service, Very Happy! 4/19/2011

i recently transferd my employment to West Mifflin, and knew very little about the area including auto repair services. My lone means of transportation was having serious issues, i drove by Leschaks everyday and it was always busy with customers. I was extremely nervous about the entire situation, I called and they told me to bring it in for an evaluation, I bought it in on my lunch from work, and got the call that it was repaired just a few hours later before the end work day, They were courteous, knowledgeable, and profesionable. I will definately return to Leschak's and recommend their service in the future! more

Terrible 10/29/2009

I had Leschaks replace the brake pads on my Honda Odyssey. When I got the van back there was a very loud squeal whenever I applied the brakes. I waited awhile hoping that the squeal would subside. Then I had no heat coming from the front vents. I took the van back to Leschaks. I asked them to fix the squeal and the heat. They called and said that both were fixed. I picked up the van after Leschaks were closed. The heat didn't work and the brakes still squealed. And I mean LOUD. I called. They said to bring it back. I took the van back. Leschaks called me later and said that the brakes and the heat were fixed. I again picked up the van after work after they were closed. Again, LOUD brakes and no heat. I do understand that sometimes car problems are difficult to diagnose but these are not intermittent problems. What infuriates me is that they tell me the car is fixed when it is obvious to anyone who is in it for only a minute that it is not. STAY AWAY FRON LESCHAK'S!!!! Cons: incompetent more
