I had a brother that worked there and I got to see just how bad the cars are. Though I have to say they do have at least one good model. Pros: one good car Cons: bad cars

After owning an Audi for years of cost, problems, and poor customer service. I'm excited to see how my new Mazda works out :) more

They really, really work for the customer 5/6/2011

Tabious my finance guy helped me get approved considering that I was couple points shy of getting a good decent loan. They really, really work for the customer. The time and effort they put in was exceptional. Now a days good customer service is so hard to come by and that is an understatement. I look forward to purchasing my next car in a couple of years. If you want to go somewhere where there is no hassling back and forth and just down right straight up honesty go to Mazda of Lakewood if your looking for a new car. more

extremely stupendous 5/6/2011

Mazda of Lakewood Gets 2 Thumbs up all the way!!!!! Recently I decided to go car shopping and by far the customer service that I received was not only accommodating but also extremely stupendous!!! I've been shopping around for about a month or so and I just wished I dealt with these guys earlier. Devinn whom was my Sales Guy was helpful and knowledgeable he's definitely not your typical sleazy sales guy but a personable one that instead of trying to sell me a car, he helped me buy a car. more

Brought my car here 5/5/2011

Brought my car here for its full circle service. The folks here do a very good job and even washed my car for me. Wasn't the cheapest oil change ever ($37.00) but when you factor in the car wash (usually $10 for a good one) and the fact that you don't need an appointment it's a pretty good value. Back in New Hampshire, Grappone Mazda charges $34 without a wash more

Thank you Mazda of Lakewood for making my car buying experience so painless and fun. I went in on Saturday to trade in my old car and get my first new Mazda. I have had some bad experiences in the past buying at other dealerships so went in not expecting much. I was helped by Brian and he is just a superb salesman and did all he could for me and more. I bought a beautiful Mazda 6 which is a dream to drive and Brian and the financing department worked hard to get me the best financing deal. I have definitely found the dealership I will return to in the future. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. more

I HAD THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE AT THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THE NOT ONLY TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM WITH NO APPT BY THE WAY BUT THE WASHED MY CAR EXPLAINED THE WORK THAT WAS DONE SO I COULD UNDERSTAND IT AND IT WAS READY WHEN PROMISED AND LESS THEN THE COST EST THEY GAVE ME,GREAT JOB AND GREAT PEOPLE more

In fact everyone that I dealt were very pleasant and professional, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. more
