Warranty 4/29/2013

My service advisor Ken Plymale is terrific. He went to bat for me to ensure my extended warranty would cover the repairs to my 07 Passat Wagon. With only 36,069 miles on it the A/C compressor & components needed to be replaced. He was diligent in his pursuit of the insurance company to uphold the terms of my warranty. His commitment to service is exceptional. more

The best experience at a car dealership ever. 7/23/2006

I dont have much to say but i couldnt resist telling the mesa area that Berge Mazda treated me great no problems and the dealership was one of the cleanest i had ever visited. The sales staff was very knowledgeable.My salesman Anthony Peters was great he made it so easy to buy a car and listened to my needs and wants didnt play games just helped me out.I cant say enough they are all so great there. more
