Mayuri Indian Restaurant

The owner (waiter) is very unfriendly and rude. I and my wife ordered dosas and this guy just stood there expecting us to order something more and then in sarcastic manner asked thats it? He said that it would take 40 minutes. Five minutes later a couple on the next table ordered dosas and were served before us. After waiting for another 10 minutes we asked how could he serve same food to someone who ordered after us. Instead of apologizing he rudely said that we were already told that it would take 40 minutes and asked if we want to cancel our order. We surely did cancel our order and told him to at least follow basic procedure of serving first come first serve. He got angry and told us to leave immediately and also did mention the fact that we had ordered only dosas and nothing more Cons: rude, unfriendly, insulting customers more

I visited one evening- only 3 tables are occupied. After seating - manager did bring glass of water. Did not have any smile or conversation with me. After 10 minutes take my order. No conversation for 30 minutes and come back and said it will take another 15 minutes. I was upset and asked that Why it takes such long.. He said we made from scratch. He delivered my order to another person, I was watching his activity. I walked away without food afer spending 45 minutes to see his face, where no expression of courtsey, apology or anything. I am indian and I know that nothing made from scratch what I order. All restaurant prepare food. I would not recommanded this restaurant to anyone.. He should close business and go back to South of india wher he can eat his rice and Fish.. Pros: Expensive, Service, Timing Cons: Smile on face more
