I apologize for not responding to the article written by Nancy sooner. There is such a fine line for satisfaction and dissatisfaction when dealing with the general public and how consumers can now respond to their likes or dislikes about anything via certain websites. We, meaning Dependable Maytag and my employees have and will always have our customers best interests for complete satisfaction. Unfortunately , for my own reasons, I decided to cancel this particular sale. I was not rude at no point during our conversations, I just felt it was a better decision to dissolve the situation we encountered. Our company has been in this community now for 26 years and as most of you who have done business with us during this time, know that our customer service is relatively excellent in comparison to the so called " Big Box Stores".
