Kelly was Great! 10/4/2006

I am new to this area, and I was looking for a new place to get my hair done. I asked another mom at my daughters' school where she got her hair done, and she said Kelly at Maxwell's. I made an appointment, and Kelly was very nice. She listened to me and offered suggestions for my curly hair. I love my haircut! It was fast too! I would recommend Kelly to anyone, especially if you have curly hair! Pros: Nice Salon, Easy to find, Friendly Staff Cons: None more

Carlos you are incredible. 8/16/2006

Although, I have been a long-term client of Carlos he never fails to amaze me. My hair has been over processed through a variation of chemical services, therefore I typically require a deep conditioning service. This time was MUCH different, he used a brand new product called DNA from Logics and WOW the results nearly blew me off the chair. The texture of my hair has never felt better and even though it's been well over two weeks it still feels soft and the shine is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From what I understand this is a very exclusive product and I am so very excited that I was able to recieve such outstanding service. Thank you Carlos for rejuvenating my hair and giving me such breathtaking shine, you are the best and I can't wait to come again!!!! Pros: Outstanding customer service, friendly staff, clean salon more

I came in a few days ago to Maxwell's and I had found them originally here on citysearch. I love my hair! The lady's name is Rebecca and she is very talented. She listened to what I needed and I didn't have to sit at the salon all day long to get my color done right. This citysearch makes finding the right salon so easy! My hair was a mess from a cheap salon color job and I was desperate to have pretty hair again. Tami was terrfic! She was very friendly and put me at ease. She listened to me, gave me ideas and the result was exactly what I wanted! I am soooo happy! I've already scheduled my next "touch"! I recommend this Salon and especially Tami. You will definitely get great service here for a great price and amazing customer care! Rebecca did my haircut and she was attentive to what I wanted, very friendly, and for thr first time ever in OC I got a cut I actually loved and was what I wanted that nobody else could get right. Rebecca did my hair at Maxwells. She gave me a free consultation 2 days prior and I felt very confident in her abilities as a hairdresser. She did my color and asked me if I wanted some highlights around my face and suggested a new haircut. I usually don't change my style but I have noticed that this new style is easier and have received alot of compliments on my hair (and my cheekbones that nobody ever noticed before). Even my husband really liked it and he usually doesn't notice anything! I have since referred two friends to see Rebecca and we all have great looking hair! I definitely will be back to have my color touched up by Rebecca. Pros: knowledgeable staff, ample parking, she listened to me Cons: none more
