These guys have done two appraisals (picked by bank not us) and they have never delivered on a date even after promising subsequent dates after their due date. They do not seem to know what they are doing. Cons: poor market knowledge; wil not complete on time more

This company was hired to do a commercial appraisal here in Brevard County. Not only were they more than 3 weeks late (they chose the delivery date), but the report had mathimatical errors affecting the value (caught by underwriting at lender) AND more than a few sloopy type-o errors. They went 2 weeks without returning calls to the lender, realtor and underwriting and for most of that 2 weeks the voicemail was FULL and we still don't have a corrected appraisal. This has affected closing, and the deal itself at 1,000,000 ... thats alot to screw up. Would not use this firm again if they were the LAST appraisers standing in the county.
