The barbequed brisket was totally flavorless; I have a hard time imagining how one could produce such a bland piece of meat except by boiling it until all remnants of flavor were extracted. it was served with caramelized onions; these too were blander than I would have thought possible -- again, it seemed hard to imagine how such flavorless onions could be produced without a deliberate effort. The side dishes were unremarkable; my wife had garlic potatoes, which were passable; I had a small dish of chili, which was watery and, need i say it, bland (although it had more flavor than the boiled -- excuse me, barbequed -- brisket.) A memorably disappointing experience.
Pros: lovely high-ceiling old building
Cons: blandest so-called barbeque I've ever tasted
