Horrible service from the long black haired lady today.she was desperate for money I guess, I go in to enlarge photo copy to size 81/2 by 11 she keeps trying to adjust settings and fails to get to the size I want or even center it then when its time to pay she makes me pay for the 8 extra messed up pages that she cuntffigure out including the horrible one, when I asked why she said she was using her colored ink, I chose to pay bse the other 2 ladies were really nice. If shes the manager thats horrific. more

Stay Away! 4/18/2012

Do not go here! Very rude service. I was in here 2x for fingerprinting services, and the whole experience from start to finish was unpleasant the first time, and HORRIBLY rude the 2nd. I dont know what was wrong with the lady behind the counter, but she was more fit for a farm, then customer service. It was so bad, that rather than simply return to my car and retrieve what I needed, I came home scheduled another appointment for same services elsewhere tomorrow. I sold a few things on Ebay and needed to mail my items. I ran into E Z Mail to see how much it would cost. I was able to get everything packaged and mailed out for much less than I expected. They even packed everything for me. I didn't have to do a thing. more
