Run like a scalded dog! If you have an administrative matter that concerns a refund, there will be no action, no return phone calls...front desk will make excuses, send you to voice-mail...anything but work towards returning your money. In fact, theyll even continue to draw down on your credit card or bank account. In the midst of the 8 weeks of chaos where they still have our money (currently working with the State Attorney General Consumer Protection office), theyre still brazen enough to contact family members about buying subscriptions! Check them out with the Better Business Bureau...read the complaints...there is a reason why they are NOT a member. Absolutely the worst!!!!
