I purchased a car from Maximum Deals and it was a smooth process. Let me preface my review by this, I have bad credit, and no one would finance me. I have a good job but screwed the pooch in college. I found the car on Autotrader and it was listed for 3k under blue book and the mileage was very low . It was the model and trim I wanted and saw that they financed everyone. So I gave it a shot and called the finance department. I was told that it was an internet price and it was going to be higher (heard that before) but everything else was good I talked to Babar the finance manager, who acknowledged my financial issues but told me that he would work with me the best he could. We talked on the phone about three times and after a few hours he told me he got me financed and it was still 2k under blue book (This is all before me seeing the car). I went out to see it and it was everything I was told and saw in pictures (no bait and switch like I was a little afraid of). He even had it washed/cleaned and detailed for me. It drove like a dream and we got the deal done in an hour. Overall I didnt have any issues with Maximum Deals and they got me into a good car at a great price. more

I will recommend this dealer anytime of the day. They are very profesional and the price is really a deal. Me and my family already bought several cars from them for several years now. I think we bought about 10 cars for the fast several years, I will not go back there as a repeat customer if they will no treat me right. If you compare the prices that they have to any other dealer, there price is very very reasonable, The sales staff is very helpful and respectful. They will give you the carfax of the car right away. They dont hide anything, they are very straight forward with the car that they are selling. more

First and foremost, I am a very straight oward and blunt person. Maximum Deals Inc went above and beyond my expectations giving me honest answers to all my questions and an unbeatable price. Seeing as this was my first car, I was able to quickly go through the dealership process with little to no effort. I paid cash and was a little short, but they provided me with an extension which really displayed there strong foundation for customer concern and service. After all was said and done the car was washed, tires inflated, and gas was put in at no extra cost. I have already put 200 miles on my new toy and could never have been happier with Meximum Deals Service! I have already recommended two other people who are also in search of a used car and give them two thumbs way up. The staff was very professional, the dealership was clean, and I was even able to watch the world cup 2010 while I waited. Talk about good service! I did my homework before I purchased my 2nd used car. JJ, the sales person who helped me was very professional and friendly. He went over in details before I signed any documents and about an hour later I drove away from there in my 2006 Dodge Magnum. I have purchased two vehicles from Maximum Deals in the past two years. The first was a 2001 Toyota Celica GTS back in May of 2008. Living two hours from the dealership, it's a bit of a hike for a used car, but the price could not be beat. I called to confirm the vehicle was still there and that it was ready to take for a spin. When I showed up, the car was pulled up front and freshly washed ready for me to drive. The buying experience was rather brief, but they let me pay it all up front via personal check and I drove it out that day. The whole process of buying it took maybe 30 minutes, but I had to take care of MD Tax, Tags, and Title myself. No big hassle, just a trip to the DMV, and to sweeten the deal they dropped their Dealer Fee. Passed MD inspection with flying colors, and two years and 40k miles later, nothing other than routine maintenance. The most recent time was in August of 2010 looking for a car for my girlfriend. Still living in the boondocks of MD, Northern VA is the best place for used car deals. She was dead set on a Scion Tc, and after looking at a few clunkers at other dealers (I'm talking about you Alexandria Sheehy...) we saw that Maximum had 8 Tc's in stock. It seems that they specialize in 'sportier' cars, as they carry a lot of manual coupes. We found one that was automatic, and called them to make sure they still had it in stock, then planned another road trip. more
