Max Mechanical came out right when I called them. They found the problem quickly and fixed it that same day. On both occasions. The first time we had a run capacitor that blew, then a week later we came home Sunday and the motor blew. I think initially that might have been the problem, but they compensated us for what we spent before because that was the root problem. It all worked out, and we didn't have to replace the whole unit, as the gave us the option to just repair it. more

Emergency Service 5/31/2011

I had a commercial roofing job that required immediate service to restore the gas to building this last winter. Max Mechanical responed within hours and exceeded my highest expectations. I have since used them and will continue to do so. A very professional group. more

We have used Max Mechanical for over 5 years and have been extremely happy with the service. The techs are very knowledgeable and explain things in simple terms. Love Andy!! There is something about him that makes you feel comfortable and know he's not feeding you a line of BS. more

My plumber reccommended Max Mechanical after I complained about another AC company. I was impressed by my experience. they answered the phone promptly. they were on time. they were unintrusive and quiet. they finished the job quickly. the technician was very knowledgeable and took tine to answer my questions. I am their customer while in this area. more

I own and manage property, and Max Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating does all my HVAC work. I have probably been using them for 8 to 10 years. Every now and again I do get another bid to check their competitive prices, and Max Mechanical's pricing is always good. Their service is also good. Gas heat exchangers are expensive, and it is not always a clear cut issue about whether it should be exchanged or not. I had a previous company say that I should exchange it, but then Max Mechanical came in and told me that all it needed was a very good cleaning. That is when I started to gain trust in them. I often had them follow up on other HVAC companies. The quality of their work is good. If there is an issue, they are always quick to come back and take care of it. more

very good experience, they answered the phone on the 2nd ring (no automated menu) and everyone was helpful from the office to the field staff, no high pressure sales, they responded quickly, and i felt the cost was fair. definately reccomend! more

overall, pretty good experience 4/25/2011

Never heard anything about Tax Credits (if available or not availabe) for the units we purchased !! Other than that, the experience was excellant RESPONSE FROM Max Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating Inc: Thanks Harold. the 3 ton, 14 seer we installed wouldn't have qualified for the tax credit, and it would have been a few thousand more to get a qualifying unit. but I'll mention to my guys to make sure they are making people aware of the options. more
