My wife has purchased 5 or 6 cars through Max Madsen Aurora Mitsubishi, which should tell you something about how good they are, but this was my first time personally buying a car from them. It was a great experience. The salespeople were friendly, happy, and easy-going. They are willing to bend over backward for you. more

It was a pleasant experience. 11/16/2010

We went down to Aurora Mitsubishi, saw the car we were interested in, spoke with the salesman, we came together on the terms, and worked everything out. The only problem was that the paperwork took a few hours, but that was not their fault. The paperwork always takes a long time. The salesman and the sales manger were excellent. I would highly recommend them. They answered all of our questions, and they did not try to pull any shenanigans. Everything was perfect. Walter Baker more

decent dealership 8/1/2006

A very nice selection of cars and they are willing to find whatever options on whatever car you want. We purchased a new Galant and were very happy with the service we received. The salesmen were very typical and not the type to give you breathing room but we already knew what car we wanted. They offered great financing and were helpful in setting it up. PROS: none CONS: none more
