Everyone is SO nice here, esp. the great staff. The staff really makes the dining in experience really powerful, i reccomend Max and Erma's to EVERYONE!

Get the cookies 5/26/2006

Definitely your run-of-the-mill American chain restaurant. They have a good drink menu, and a nice bar section in the restaurant. My favorite part of Max and Erma's though are the chocolate chip cookies! You order them as soon as you're seated, and by the end of your meal, they bring them to you on a cookie sheet, fresh from the oven! Does it get any better than that!? more

An average chain 4/11/2006

This restaurant is just an average chain restaurant. The usual food, burgers, chicken, etc. with the usual atmosphere. It's not bad, and it's not fantastic. It does seem like a GREAT place to bring kids, as I always see lots of families in here with small kids and they seem like they're having a great time. The wait staff is always so friendly and fun. It's not a unique experience but if you're hungry and don't want to spend a lot of money, this should do just fine. more
