Rented a Harley Ultra for a day, nice 12/1/2011

Rented a Harley Ultra for a day, nice bike. Paid in advance for rental online, meaningless regarding price.Hours of use were to be 8 am to 7:30 pm, ya right. Finally got bike at 9am and they wanted it back at 3:45pm, so much for advance arrangements and agreements. Oh ya, the price ended being $33.00 more. Oh, my credit card was charged the original 173.00 and another 206.00 upon return. Card company is handling. I guess when a dealership has been loosing money for a few years this is what you get. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE! more
