The workers are ok, but the owners are a little weird I think they may be gay. The workers may be gay too and there's a weird old man they call bobcat, strange place good work tho...

Worst

My tire is still leaking. Lite went back on within a couple of hrs. Will see u later today or Monday . First time I had a problem with their work

dependability and honesty 11/14/2013

I usually bring all of my cars there for service. But since i bought 2 newer cars, I worked a deal out before purchase of receiving free oil changes and inspections. thus the only car i have left is the 1999 van. more

Not happy 2/22/2013

I thought to be completely satisfied until we began our trip to Florida on Thursday Feb 14, 2013. While driving on Rt 81 just 8 miles past Cortland one of the lower connecting links came loose dumping 5 quarts of transmission fluid. We were towed to Rick & Ricks for repairs which cost an additional $125. After thinking about what happened and how inconvenienced we were we are asking that the $125 from Rich & Ricks be refunded to us. We know that things happen however we had already spent more than $500 on this same repairs. A check can be sent to our home address. more
