Trusted and respectful repairs! 3/24/2015

I had astro start and new tires put on during my first trip to Matt's. I was so impressed with the level of service and the way you become more educated about your vehicle along the way. My second trip was a far more extensive repair and they were efficient, informative and met the quote they provided. It is personal service you can trust and they provide car repairs that don't add to your stress! more

Customer Relations 3/16/2015

I have only had vehicles serviced here twice but I plan to stick with them. The time they take to talk with you about what is going on with your vehicle and helpful (but not pushy) suggestions on what may need servicing in the future is great. As service continues with them I hope to be able to give them 5 stars, just haven't worked with them enough yet to do so. If you're tired of the big number in line dealership; try Matt's. Down to earth feel and good conversations to go with the good service. more

Good estimates prior to work, friendly service 2/22/2015

Matt's gave me a good price on the checkup I was looking for and a solid estimate before offering to change the spark plugs and wires. They also offered estimates on recommended work on the invoice. Was a great experience and would definitely recommend it to friends. more

Quick service 1/30/2015

Got my vehicle in for service right away. They inspected my whole vehicle and told me service that they would recommend in the future and ranked it by importance. I used the Fargo location for the 1st time, it's closer to my home than Mhd. more

Best car service 12/11/2014

I went in for an oil change and inspection. Everyone was so nice and great. They found a screw missing on an acxel. A part they did not carry. Matt called around for me trying to find one. And another went to a store to buy it and place before I left. They are great guys who truly care about helping and not the money. Found my new car place! more

Two Thumbs Up! 12/8/2014

Great customer service. Matt at the Fargo office was so helpful in the whole process. He brought me in to the shop to show me exactly what was wrong. He compared how it should be working and how my car was working currently. I never felt pressured to to the repairs and he reassured me that my car would work fine, but that in the future I will need to address the issues. He was very friendly and knew how to explain things to someone who doesn't know much about cars. I would definitely recommend Matt's Auto to anyone! more

Excellent service and honest feedback! 12/4/2014

I took my car in because I was told that it needed the brake pads replaced by another automotive shop. The staff at Matt's auto called me to tell me that they didn't think that was necessary at this time; they give me honest feedback regarding my car, explained things to me and answered all of my questions. They are all very knowledgeable and have great staff! more

Exactly what I needed at a very fair price. 12/1/2014

I came in to have a light bulb changed out which in new vehicles isn't as easy as it once was. The guys gave me a cup of coffee, and before I could even finish it, I was ready to roll again. I considered the price as "just right"--I didn't feel "taken" in any way. Thanks! I'll be back again! more
