I just wasted $646 on a mattress set from MGD in Murfreesboro that completely caved in in the middle after one week and they won t refund my money or even return my phone calls. It s so bad we can t even sleep on it at all! The mattresses you try in the showroom are definitely NOT the same ones they deliver to your home! When you first visit the store, the sales people are super friendly and helpful and encourage you to try all the different mattresses so you make the right choice. They seem SO knowledgeable about how the mattresses are built and lead you to believe that they are capable of "customizing" your needs with a particular model. They assure you of the quality you will recieve and go on and on about what a wonderful warranty have so that no matter what...you WILL be satisfied with your purchase. As soon as they get your money, they do a complete turn around and you find that the salespeople are dishonest, the warranty is a joke and I have no idea how they manage to show a more
