We placed an order from this store for a mattress on sale, which included a headboard & frame, and put 10% down. When we agreed on a delivery date I called and gave the sales rep my credit card number to make full payment & arranged for delivery on a specific day & time. I called on the date of delivery to confirm the time, and the manager ("Vince") answered. This manager was so unorganized - he had to stumble through the records, and he said there is no delivery scheduled. He said the reason is they never received the full payment. I argued with him that I called & gave my account number two weeks prior for full payment; but when I asked Vince why he didn't call me to re-schedule delivery after not having record of full payment, he stupidly answered "Well, yeah I guess I should have called you". I said to him that he must not want my business if the store didn't even charge my credit card, and then didn't even call me to confirm or re-schedule delivery. Vince said he could try to upgrade me to a different brand of mattress to make up for this error, and I told him a simple upgrade is not good enough for this kind of incompetence. He refused to offer any reductions in price, so I told him to forget it and credit my down payment back to my account. Whatever you do, don't deal with this store. They obviously don't have their act together, which is obvious since the manager is a complete bonehead. I'll gladly look elsewhere for a bed and pay a little more if I have to - hopefully I'll get better service than from this place!
