My husband and I just moved into a new house. We went to mattress direct, the salesman knew that we wanted to purchase ""that"" day. He offered the less expensive (poor quality) in stock. Since I have severe arthritis in my spine, I wanted a quality mattress/box set. We were ready to go elsewhere. He then suggested if we wanted the floor model of the set that I liked with a 10 yr warrenty.Sold $775.00 and we picked it up. 3 months later, the mattress is breaking down (The Sleep Green mattress) I phoned them and and was told to call Knoxville. Sherry in Knoxville then called Morristown, called me back and said ""no warranty"". So pretty much too bad....whats worse?...my husband wakes with a backache and he has never had a back problem.
