I just visited the store the day after Thanksgiving this year because I had a sudden urge for a new bike. Went there and rode just about everything in the showroom. If they didn't have the bike on the floor, Mike (the sales rep) ran to the storeroom, put one together and I rode that. Awesome service!!! I chose a bike that they didn't have in stock (color), but they got it for me within 3 days because I wanted to ride the following weekend. The service was so good, my riding partner just went in and bought a bike as well. This shop gets it. Happy customers send other customers. Well done, South County Cyclery! I just got back into cycling after a couple year break from the sport. The guys at South County cyclery were awesome at getting me a bike that worked well with me and my budget. The guys at the shop were awesome! They listened to what I wanted to do and didnt pressure me into buying something I didn't need. I ended up purchasing a Giant road bike from them. They had a great selection of accesories as well. I purchased a computer, front and rear lights, and a small saddle bag. They mounted all the accessories to the bike for me so i didnt have to. Since I've bought the bike I have taken it in once for service, they were able to get the bike back to me with very little turn around time, only a few days. All in all, South County Cyclery is an excellent bike shop, great customer service, quality repairs, and no pressure sales. I wouldn't reccomend going anywhere else. Pros: Atmosphere, Service more

I went into South County Cyclery expecting better service than before since there is a under new management sign. I didn't get it. I really wanted a bike that they had showing on the floor and it was the only one in the store at the time. Since it was the only one of that model, the owner said I would have to wait for the store to order another bike of the same model before I could purchase it. Why didn't they just give me the bike on the show floor and order another one? I did come in a couple of days later to pick the bike up but wish I would of been able to buy it the day that I wanted it. The more that I thought about it, I should have just went to another store. Next time I will. more
