Helping clients find solutions to a wide range of challenges through harmony of body, mind and spirit, I work with each client's unique life circumstances. Through individual, couples and/or group sessions tailored to the client's needs, we work together to build on existing strengths, to identify and achieve life goals, and to regain balance in all areas of life. Sessions are offered in person or by distance means: on the phone, Skype or FaceTime.As a courtesy, we file insurance claims on most insurance companies, if mental health coverage is included in the plan.
