I live quite a distance from this clinic and it's a pain to drive that far, but I make the drive because I really like and trust the doctors there. The customer service and patient care services are better than I've experienced since moving to NC. My favorite doctor is Dr. Craig. He helps me to find my own common sense as a mother, lol. My children like Dr. Craig, though fortunately they haven't had to seem him often :-) I would recommend this clinic to a newcomer. Pros: No Long Waits; Some Great Doctors more

I've been taking my daughters there for past 14 years at least! We have always had good experiences there with\r Dr Ezzo, Dr Craig, Dr Thomas, Dr Parrish, Dr Young,\r Dr Crosby.....they are concerned, develop good relationships with their patients and parents, have common sense as well as book sense. Never had the girls be upset to go to the doctor...in fact, it's like going to see old friends. The sweet ladies at the front desk are kind and sympathetic to the kids. Marianne is a great office manager. The nurses (too many to name) are all great and know the girls by name. Pros: doctors, nurses, front desk ladies and mgmt more

My daughter was taken in for a sick visit. I almost wish we hadn't even bothered. This was the most unprofessional doctor I've ever had the displeasure to see in life. He acted like he did not want to be near her or take the time to actually hear some history on her condition. He was extremely short, rude, and egotistical. I really should have said something, but I was in shock because of his behavior. My recommendation is that he is gotten rid of immediately. Either that or forced take a class on acting with class. I love everything about the clinic. Our children love Dr. Craig and they don't even mind sick visits because they get to see him (if available, of course). We moved to this area in 2004 and I began to ask around the office ""where do you take your children to the dr"". I heard over and over Matthews children clinic so I thought this must be a great place. Our experiences have been more than satisfactory. I have never felt rushed by any doctor and have always had any and all questions answered. From the time we walk in the door to the time we check out, everyone is always so friendly. We are always able to get same day sick appts. \r \r If you are looking for a pediatrics dr, look no further. I think you will be more than satisfied. more

We have been taking our two boys to this clinic for the past 4 years and are pleased with their professionalism and availability to get us in. They have been available on the phone also when we don't need to get to the clinic but would like advice. more

The office quote me wrong price for 4 month check up and shots. Then the Dr. kept going to the door to leave. Not just one time. But, three times. I ask the Dr.some questions he did not know the answer and had get a nurse to answer them. i though i was paying for the Dr. not the nurse. Cons: thumbs down more
