Matt Mertz Plumbing replaced my sewer with out digging up my whole yard. I was a little leery to do this since I was unfamiliar with this technology. Matt gave me a packet with information, showed me photos of previous lines they did, and also a sample of what the new liner would look like. After I was informed I knew there was no other way of doing it. Matt and his crew started right after I approved the estimated price. They worked for about 4 hours on Thursday total to install the new sewer in one day. That was digging and putting the line in and getting ready for the county inspector? the next morning! I was so impressed with how fast and efficient they worked. The inspectors came (following morning-ish: Friday) and did what they had to do. Matt told me we would be finished by lunch time. Around 12:45 Matts crew was sweeping the dirt up and cleaning around the area that was dug. The 4 foot by 6 foot spot was covered and topped with grass seed. Matt replaced roughly 110 foot from the hole. Well worth the money I spent. He is easy to speak with and very reliable. more

Had a leak under the bathroom sink. The plumber showed up when they said he would. He was professional and efficient.He took the time to answer my questions and the price was reasonable. Jim replaced my kitchen sink, plumbing and dishwasher. They showed up promptly on the estimate date as well as the service date. They were quick, efficient, and completed everything perfectly. They even disposed of the old dishwasher and sink at no extra charge! They also replaced the poor original piping in the kitchen at no extra charge. My kitchen headaches are over! All of this was done without any nickel-and-diming. They just charged me what was on the original estimate despite extra work and parts and dealing with the challenges of the poor original installation of everything in the kitchen. They did come highly recommended to begin with so expectations were high, but they didn't disappoint! I highly recommend them--especially since they are in the middle of the pack as far as pricing. more

We had a leak on our finished basement ceiling yesterday morning after we used our powder-room. I called Matt's office and the plumber (I believe his name was Hunter) showed up with in 25 minutes. I was happy to hear he was just a few blocks away in the neighborhood. Hunter wore his shoe covers so he wouldn't track dirt onto my tan carpeting. After looking at the issue, he saw that the toilet needed reset. Something he fixed in a jiffy! I was extremely happy with the service and price. Especially for a Saturday. more
