My roof began leaking before a year was even up. He charged me $1,800 to ""fix"" it and it began leaking again 9 days short of a year. He has not responded to any of my messages (you get a recording) or e-mails. The leak is going to get worse, especially since it is snowing like crazy. You can see in the photo where the ceiling has a hole in it from the leak.\r

I just filed a complaint with MD DLLR. I also found out that while he had a license when he did the ""repair,"" His license was expired as of 1/9/14, when I called to check the status of his MD license. His D.C. license does not come up in the DCRA databases. I'm betting when I call there tomorrow, they will tell me his license is also inactive. I wouldn't recommend this guy for anything. I'm handing this matter over to my attorney!
