We needed a larger advance loan for our credit card sales and our bank lines were maxed out. Bill Hoidas and the whole Matrix team have been the best credit card service we have ever had. They have worked with us since early 2000 and they particpate in the NATB trade show every year. No other credit card processor has ever been actively involved with our industry. They explained so much more than any processor ever has about how to eliminate downgrades.
